Pinot, in its various iterations, is responsible for a disproportionate amount of the world’s great wines. Pinot can be finicky to farm and ferment, but when a talented winegrower farms it in the right sites, it can produce vivid and supernal wines—red, white, pink, or sparkling! This evening will be a tasting for the senses, and a comprehensive, international exploration of all things Pinot.
