Cancellation Policy

• 1+ weeks prior to tasting - 50% is refunded, 50% is converted to store credit

• Within 1 week of tasting - all but $100 is converted to store credit

• Within 48 hours of tasting - 50% converted to store credit, 50% absorbed by Metrovino

Terms and Conditions

• As a retailer, we are limited to pouring tasting portions of wine only, as per our liquor licence. Additional liquor cannot be purchased to add to the event.

• Attendees must be 18+ to attend.

• Only 1 event can be booked per evening offered.

• Scheduled private events are available to book up to one week ahead of the date advertised and availability is subject to change.

• Please note that upon completion of this purchase, Metrovino will be notified of your reservation and a staff member will be in touch to confirm. Your event is not confirmed until you have been notified by a staff member.

• We reserve the right to refuse the service or sale of alcohol to a guest who appears to be intoxicated by liquor or a drug. 

• Events are hosted at Metrovino after business hours, with the option of a 6pm or 6:30pm start.
