So many of the world's greatest gifts to our mouths start with the letter C. Charcuterie, Cheese, Croissants, Chips, Chocolate. That’s a pretty impressive list of hits. The letter C also pops up frequently in the world of wine: Champagne, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Chianti Classico...
Is it a coincidence? Probably.
Is there a conspiracy theory as to why there are so many C’s in the food and wine world? Possibly.
Should we taste as many wines starting with C as we can? Why not?!
It’s a fairly arbitrary thematic assemblage, but will it be delicious? Certainly.
